HIRING FROM NEOGOV

Recently several hire records have not processed into SPAHRS from NEOGOV due to having too many hire reasons.  SPAHRS has an edit to accept only one hire reason, whether on line or via NEOGOV. Therefore, the NEOGOV information to hire an individual should have ONLY 1 hire reason; otherwise, that record is rejected in the overnight process. When the record is rejected, the agency user must ask MSPB to reactivate the NEOGOV requisition, and the agency user must go through the hire process once again, but with one (and only one) hire reason. - Posted 05/04/2021
