The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the comprehensive human resource program within the Department of Finance and Administration. These services include recruitment of qualified applicants; employment and orientation services; organizational development; salary and benefits administration; retirement processing; employee assistance programs; maintenance of personnel records; the administration of performance evaluation programs; and policy development and administration.
