MAGIC Mini-Master

Human Capital Management functionality will be implemented primarily during Phase II of MAGIC's implementation. MAGIC's Human Capital Management functionality will include traditional human resources activities, state government payroll, and enterprise learning management. Phase I of MAGIC's implementation includes the core of Human Capital Management that is needed to support Finance and Grants Management (FIGM) and Logistics (LO).
