NATIONAL COOPERATIVE CONTRACTS
The following National Cooperative Contracts have been adopted by the PPRB as PVLs. You may retain any of the vendors in the portfolio to provide the services contemplated at the rates provided in the procurement and Master Contract. In order to contract with these vendors, DFA will execute a State Participating Addendum with the vendor with whom you would like to contract
The Master Contract, any attachments thereto, and the State Participating Addendum constitute the entirety of the contract to be uploaded in MAGIC. Individual agencies cannot negotiate and execute the State Participating Addendum. If you wish to contract with one of these vendors, please email Amelia Gamble or Shannon Smith to obtain the vendor's proposal and State Participating Addendum.
