- 2022 Regular Legislative Session
- Senate Bill 2844 - Authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds to fund the construction of new warehouse for the Department of Revenue's Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
- Senate Bill 3150 - Increases the authorization of state general obligation bonds for Hinds County Development Project Loan Fund
- 2021 Regular Legislative Session
- Senate Bill 2971 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects, IHL Improvements projects, Department of Mental Health Improvement projects, Mississippi Development Authority programs, Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality program, Mississippi Archives and History programs and Mississippi Department of Transportation projects.
- 2020 Regular Legislative Session
- House Bill 1730 - Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects, Mississippi Development Authority programs, Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality programs, Mississippi Department of Health programs, Mississippi Archives and History programs and Mississippi Department of Transportation projects.
- House Bill 1743 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for Hinds County Development Project Loan Fund.
- Senate Bill 2328 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for Emerging Crops Fund.

- Senate Bill 2292 - amended the authority of DFA/CCID to incur debt.
- House Bill 1488 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Mississippi Development Authority programs.
- House Bill 1649 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects.
2018 First Extraordinary Legislative Session
- House Bill 1 - Authorizes $300 Million of Additional Gaming Tax Revenue Bonds.
- Senate Bill 2002 - Establishes the projects that will receive $50 Million of Gaming Tax Revenue Bonds authorized under House Bill 1.
2017 Regular Legislative Session
- Senate Bill 3033 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Mississippi Development Authority programs.
2016 Regular Legislative Session
- House Bill 1729 – amended code sections 57-1-18; 57-61-25; 57-61-36; 57-75-15 for issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Mississippi Development Authority programs and authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects.

- Senate Bill 2906– Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects and various Mississippi Development Authority programs.
- House Bill 1630 – Authorizes $200 Million of Gaming Tax Revenue Bonds.

- House Bill 787 –Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects and authorizesissuance of state general obligation bonds for various Mississippi Development Authority programs.
- Senate Bill 2975 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for the North Central MS Regional Rail Authority, various Mississippi Development Authority programs and revises the distribution of severance tax.
2013 Regular Legislative Session
- Senate Bill 2913 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects and amended code section 7-1-403 which affected the Bond Advisory Division.

- Senate Bill 3100 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for state agencies and institutions of higher learning.
2010 Regular Legislative Session
- House Bill 1351 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for the Pat Harrison Waterway District and authorizes certain funds and information for construction of a lake in George County.
- House Bill 1701 – Authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds for various Capital Improvement projects; various Mississippi Development Authority programs; economic development and provides and revises certain incentives.
