Norman P. Katool

Norman P. Katool is a lifetime native of Mississippi. After graduating from St. Joseph High School, he attended the University of Mississippi and graduated in 1976 with a B.A. in business and major in accounting. Norman worked as a Certified Public Accountant for ten years performing audit and tax services.

In 1986, he left the CPA industry and co-founded Venture Technologies in Ridgeland, MS serving as its CFO. In 2013, Venture acted on an acquisition strategy acquiring its first two companies. Two more acquisitions followed, bringing the Company to nine locations in seven states. In January 2019, Venture Technologies was sold to ConvergeOne headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota. Norman retired in 2019 and resides in Madison with his wife Angela.
