1095 AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

 

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires agencies to report certain information on an employee's insured status on forms 1095. Office of Financial Affairs (OFA) has been tasked with assisting agencies who participate in the DFA Affordable Care Act (ACA) Centralized Reporting Process. Agencies are responsible for reviewing and responding timely to DFA and our designated third parties to ensure filings are accurate and complete.
