The Office upholds the state statute for the management and documentation of all state-owned buildings within the Statement of Values, and as required by FEMA. The Office serves as the State Floodplain Manager for all events associated with development and reconstruction activities by state agencies on state-owned properties, and within FEMA Special Flood Hazard Areas within the state.
