Public Information Office
The duties of the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Office of Public Information include providing accurate, credible, and timely communications for the management, staff, and stakeholders of DFA, consistent with the missions and values of the agency.
The Office of Public Information responds to Public Records Requests from various entities and individuals, serving as the conduit through which requested information passes. The Office also provides media relations for the DFA Executive Director as needed, establishing effective working relationships with members of the news media and specialized groups interested in DFA’s programs.
