Office of Financial Affairs (OFA) supports state agencies through a number of centralized tasks including periodic reconciliations and reporting functions. Some examples of OFAs responsibilities include IRS reporting, journal entry review and compilation of the State Wide Cost Allocation Plan (SWCAP).
