Access Channel for Employees (ACE) is a secure web-based application that hosts a number of State employee and contract worker payroll-related services. ACE access is restricted to current State employees and contract workers who possess a valid ACE User ID and Password. If you are a current State employee or contract worker and have not received an ACE User ID and Password, contact your agency Personnel or Payroll Officer, or call the MMRS Call Center at (601) 359-1343.

Electronic W-2
Available to state employees and contract workers via ACE. Receipt of W-2 in ACE offers several advantages:
- Ability to print multiple copies.
- Ability to save a copy on your personal computer.
- Ability to access multiple tax years W-2 information.
- Registration to receive electronic W-2 is required only one time. Registrants are automatically registered for subsequent years unless they cancel their registration.
- W-2 are available to view and print beginning in mid-January -- approximately fifteen days earlier than W-2 mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
Electronic Pay-Stub (EFT)
State employees and contract workers who are paid by direct deposit (EFT) have the ability to access their pay stub information via ACE. This service provides fast and easy access to current pay-stub information, as well as a history of pay-stub information for the last 12 payments issued.
Leave Balance
State employees paid through the statewide payroll system (SPAHRS) can access leave balance information for the previous four months for each leave balance type. The leave balance information is updated from SPAHRS and reflects updates and adjustments made by the employee's agency payroll office after pay-stubs are printed.
Time Taken
Time taken information works in conjunction with the leave balance information. State employees paid through the statewide payroll system (SPAHRS) have the ability to review time taken in previous months on a day-by-day basis.
Personal Profile
State employees or contract workers who enter an e-mail address in their ACE Personal Profile will receive an e-mail notification when their W-2 and/or electronic pay-stub is available to view in ACE.
Access Profile
Using the "Update My Access Profile" option, State employees or contract workers can set up a security question and answer which allows them to reset or change their current ACE password.

ACE is available to users 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during scheduled downtime for maintenance every third Wednesday of each month from 12:01 am until 8:00 am.
